2018 Online Registration

Online registration for the 2018 Joint Annual Conference Session is now live! You can begin the process of registering by clicking the link below and following the directions on the site. Regular registration ended May 10, and late registration began May 11. If you were given a voucher code to offset costs as a Lay Equalization Member, please follow the directions that were sent out with your voucher code. If you experience trouble while attempting to register, please email Shelley Rabern at registration@rmcumc.com or Patty Griffith at patty.griffith@yacumc.org.

Childcare

The Mountain Sky Area is partnering with local United Methodist preschools and children's ministries in the Ogden area to develop a childcare plan for the 2018 Joint Annual Conference Session. This year’s childcare format will split the children into two categories with a drop-in style daycare for "caterpillars" (infant to 3 years old) and a day-camp for "butterflies" (age 4 to rising 6th grade) where the older children will be dropped off in the morning and then picked up before dinner.  During the evening, we will have all of the children together in one group at the conference center for movies, games, and other indoor fun. Special Meals

There will be a number of Special Meals throughout the Annual Conference Session sponsored by various ministries of the Mountain Sky Area. In order to attend a special meal, please follow the instructions while registering. For a list of Special Meals, prices and descriptions, click here.

District Meals

This year, Annual Conference will not only be a time to gather as one conference, but also as districts for district meals. This is a time to break bread and enjoy fellowship with one another. It’s also a time to celebrate district achievements, share district news, recognize pastors who will be leaving the district for new appointments, and welcome incoming pastors. Registration for this special meal is required in order to attend, so please make sure you sign up when registering for Annual Conference.
