We know that some are already asking about travel options to Annual Conference, and we want to make travel to and from Ogden as easy as possible. We are offering three services to assist with transportation: chartered buses, church buses and vans, and car pools.
We are chartering buses from different locations throughout the conferences to assist people in attending Annual Conference. There will be no charge for voting members to ride one of these buses and you can sign up through the Annual Conference registration.
If you have already registered for Annual Conference, but would like to add bus transportation now, you can do so through your confirmation email. After you registered for Annual Conference, you received a confirmation email with a link that will take you back to your registration. Once in there, you can make your changes then hit the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page. If you are not able to locate your confirmation email, contact Shelley Rabern, Rocky Mountain Conference event coordinator, at registration@rmcumc.com to have a copy sent to you.
If you are flying into the Salt Lake City airport, you can contact these shuttle services to transport you to your hotel in Ogden:
Shuttles and Limousines (with Airport Counter Service)
Passengers may arrange transportation from Salt Lake City International with onsite shuttle and ground transportation companies located in the baggage claim areas of both Terminal One and Terminal Two. In addition, companies providing transportation are available outside Door #7 in Terminal One and Door #11 in Terminal Two.

Additional ground transportation service providers are available. Contact the shuttle provider of your choice to arrange transportation service to or from Salt Lake City International Airport.
Transportation Network Companies (TNCs)
Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) are pre-arranged ground transportation through a Smartphone application. TNCs can pick up and drop off passengers at Salt Lake City International Airport, if they have an airport operating permit.
Lyft and Uber are legally operating in Salt Lake City and at the airport. Designated pick up areas for TNCs are indicated by curbside signs, and are located in the middle traffic lanes outside of baggage claim in Terminals One and Two.

We have created a ride share and carpool option for individuals in the Mountain Sky Area to connect and travel together to Ogden. If you are looking for a ride to Ogden or have additional space in your vehicle for passengers, you will be able to easily share that information with others attending Annual Conference with the following two links.
