AV Coordinator Opening (part time)

Job Title: AV Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Tech Booth Coordinator will oversee the Worship Service Computer and Soundboard, including Facebook comments and camera operations. The Tech Booth Coordinator works closely with the pastor and Worship Leader to create meaningful worship presentations for the live stream and physical services.
 
Duties/Responsibilities:
 

• Work with the Pastor and Worship team to utilize technology in the Worship Service
• Create Worship presentations in Media Shout
• Operate Worship Computer on Sunday Mornings and scheduled special services
• Operate soundboard for in-person and live stream Worship Services
• Be available for Worship Team practices (Currently, Tuesdays 6:30 pm)
• Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers to help with technology (currently 3 people)

• Media Shout (Presentation Software)

• Stream Yard (Streaming Service)
• Google Drive
• PowerPoint
• Download media and create slides
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
