Building Caretaker/Handyperson - Washington Park UMC, Denver, CO

Washington Park United Methodist Church in Denver, Colorado is seeking a full-time (responsibilities 7 days per week), live-in building caretaker and handyperson. We are looking for someone who is able to clean, maintain the garden and lawn, complete repair projects, move furniture, and provide security. Working closely with the church and preschool staff to meet building and cleaning needs, this person is required to be on-call 24 hours a day. Applicants must be able to satisfy all elements of the job description (available on request). Strong communication skills are essential for this position in our vibrant community. Compensation package (starting at $28,000 salary per annum) will be based upon experience but includes housing on-site and partial benefits.
