1. To assist the senior pastor, and other church staff members as appropriate, in being most effective in their positions, including coordination of all volunteers
2. To ensure the effective communications of church services, programs, events and opportunities to the congregation and community, including being first point of contact for the church
3. To ensure that all church facilities, inside and outside, are maintained at the highest quality, efficiency and safety standards, including management of the janitorial staff
4. To assist with church operational finances, including contributions and payroll
5. To optimize the effective use of church facilities, including scheduling of all meetings and events
