Congregational Resource Ministers - Mountain Sky Conference of The United Methodist Church

The Bishop and the Cabinet of the Mountain Sky Conference are excited to roll out the next phase of our efforts to support the ministries of local churches throughout the conference. The Mountain Sky Conference seeks applicants for the Congregational Resource Minister positions in the Wyoming and Trinity districts. This position is 20 hours per week and will start Jan. 1, 2019.

The Congregational Resource Minister (CRM) is a multi-focused professional assigned to a district to promote effective ministry within the local church and circuits, as directed by the District Superintendent. This position serves as a resource for congregational development, leadership development, and revitalization, particularly in the area of outreach ministries and development of Beloved Community emphases (Conference quadrennial themes). As a member of the Conference’s Extended Ministry Cabinet, the CRM collaborates in the development of a Conference-wide vision, strategic planning, and resource sharing.
