Director of Older Adult Ministries - St. Andrew UMC, Highlands Ranch, CO

St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Highlands Ranch, Colorado is seeking a Director of Older Adult Ministries. Our growing church is strongly committed to a vibrant ministry with people in or near retirement age, and we need a Director of Older Adult Ministry to lead it. The right candidate will be a proactive, entrepreneurial team player well-versed in the Wesleyan theological tradition. S/he must understand the dynamics of The United Methodist Church and be committed to the Reconciling Movement within the church. S/he will be skilled in leadership development and Pastoral care and have at least a Master’s Degree from an accredited United Methodist theological school. We would prefer to hire an ordained United Methodist Deacon with at least one unit of CPE and experience in Chaplaincy.
