Facilities Manager - First UMC, Golden, Colorado

First Untied Methodist Church in Golden (1500 Ford Street, Golden, CO, 80401) is looking for a reliable facilities manager for up to 15 hours per week.

Job duties include cleaning a mid-sized, two building church facility (which includes a sanctuary, classrooms, large meeting room, and several restrooms) and are roughly 3/4th custodial and 1/4th light maintenance work.

Hours are flexible; a successful candidate must be willing to work at least two days a week – once early in the week and once late in the week. At least some, but not all hours must be during normal business hours.
