This position coordinates and schedules all uses of the church facility, tracking detailed set-up and take-down needs, negotiating facility use fees, invoicing, and fees due and received. Duties also include tracking and ordering kitchen and special event supplies and backup to the receptionist.
This position is part-time, 25-29 hours per week Monday through Friday, with some night and weekend hours expected for events. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check. A college degree is preferred and 3+ years of administrative office experience required. Advanced MS Office skills, spreadsheet and database experience, attention to detail, a positive attitude and excellent customer service are required.
