Littleton United Methodist Church in Littleton, Colo. is seeking a full-time Office Manager/Administrative Assistant to be hired in January 2020. Join a great team in a supportive environment.

Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software and databases. Knowledge of Constant Contact is helpful. Efficient secretarial and office management skills. Provide a great “first impression” – with excellent customer service – to visitors, parishioners and vendors. Phone skills for recruiting and supervisory skills for volunteers. Willing to act as the church’s “Notary Public” (training and costs borne by Littleton UMC). A team player, able to work as a team with church staff and lay members. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling church-wide communications, managing church membership databases, supervising office volunteers, managing church calendar, maintaining office supplies/equipment, and other administrative duties.

Salary dependent upon qualifications and experience ($30,000 to $35,000 annually).
