Resident Life Director - Kansas State University, Manhattan, Kansas

Wesley Campus Ministry at Kansas State University, in Manhattan, Kansas, is seeking a Resident Life Director (RLD) for the 2019-2020 academic year. The RLD is responsible for overseeing the Christian residential living environment at K-State Wesley. Job duties include administration, programming, policies, communications, services, and personnel management.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.  Residence Life experience is preferred and strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required.

The RLD position is a part-time, 11-month position, from July 1st, 2019 - May 31st, 2020. Hourly wage of $15.00, up to 25 hours a week. Live-in housing provided with a single room on the 1st floor of the residence hall (with students living on 2nd and 3rd floors). Housing includes room, electricity, gas, water, trash, laundry, and cable/internet service. Total compensation/benefits package estimated at $26,000.
