Rev. Nathan Adams, lead pastor at Park Hill United Methodist Church, will keynote the third annual World AIDS Day service on Dec. 2 at the church in Denver, Colorado. Services will begin at 7 p.m. with Bishop Karen Oliveto sharing her deep concerns about the AIDS crisis in the world via video.

Sponsored by the Mountain Sky Conference and the Center for Health and Hope, the service will remember persons who have died from AIDS and highlight ways people of faith can be involved in ending HIV in our lifetime.

Daryl Walker and the World AIDS Day Legacy Ensemble will provide music and the liturgical dancers of Scott United Methodist Church will perform. Imani Latif, Executive Director of It Takes A Village will witness to the impact HIV is making on the Denver community and how AIDS prevention can be promoted.

This year's theme will be "AIDS Isn't Over Yet . . . ."  Rev. Dr. Valerie Jackson, the senior pastor of University Park United Methodist Church, is chair of the planning team.
