Rev. Dr. Todd A. Spencer

In 2016, John Philip Newell founded the School of Celtic Consciousness (SCC). He did so in the belief that Celtic wisdom is urgently needed at this moment in time. It is a spiritual tradition in the Christian household that can nurture vision of mind, strength of soul, and compassionate action. The purpose for the School:
  • To consciously access the wisdom of our Celtic Christian inheritance.
  • To deepen spiritual practice in relationship to this wisdom.
  • To translate this study and practice into compassionate action.
Join us May 17-19, 2019, for Year One (of three) of the SCC being held at First United Methodist Church in Colorado Springs! This is a commuter retreat, so you will be responsible for your own housing and food. That being the case, the registration cost is only $224 (other SCC weekends are more than twice that cost).
