The Mountain Sky Conference Staff are vital to the support of our conference churches. In order to facilitate the needs of our conference, the Leadership Development staff team will be restructured. This restructure will take place over the next month or so, and it will open up two new job positions. One position is a full-time Event Manager & Executive Assistant to Leadership Development
. The other position is a part-time Administrative Assistant to the Board of Ordained Ministries & Laity Ministries

These changes do bring about current staffing changes. Two positions will be terminated in their current forms:
- The Event & Hospitality Coordinator position, which was held by Shelley Rabern. Shelley will no longer be on the conference staff, and was able to transition in good standing.
- The Executive Assistant to Leadership Development & Admin Assistant to the BOM, which is currently held by Pam VanAlstyne. Pam will continue to assist during this transition period and then will be in a full-time position in accounting, under Responsible Stewardship

email account, and we will be handling questions about MSC Events until we have a new person hired.
