CROSS-RACIAL/CROSS-CULTURAL (CR/CC) MINISTRIES
 
Workshop:
There will be workshops throughout the year for CR/CC Ministries. We encourage pastors, SPRC chair/representative, lay leader, church council chair/rep, and representatives from the congregation to attend these gatherings. 
 
Our upcoming workshop will be on “Adaptation vs. Assimilation and Creating a Resolution Plan when there is Conflict”. A virtual gathering will be on Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 9 to 10 am MT.  During this workshop, we will learn about the difference between Adaptation and Assimilation and, building from the previous workshop, we will dive deeper into how to address conflict and create a Conflict Resolution Plan.  Please register HERE to receive the Zoom link. 
 
Clergy Cohort:
Serving a CR/CC can be filled with hope and joy but it can be lonely with its unique challenges. Coming together for mutual learning, sharing, and prayer can be meaningful. We will have the opportunity to participate in a quarterly zoom. Our next one is scheduled for Tuesday, February 15^th, 2022 at 9 am MT.
 
Laity Cohort:
Our hope is to create a space for mutual learning, accountability, and support. We are trying a new thing and offering this zoom gathering every 3 months. Our next meeting is scheduled for Thursday, January 27,  2022 from 5:30 to 6:30 pm MT. Our time together is for sharing questions, experiences, and wisdom.
