Seeking Laity and Clergy on Conference Leadership Teams

Over the next two months, the MSC Nominations Team will seek to populate the Focus Areas of the conference, including:

• Leadership Development

• Congregational Vitality

• Community Engagement

• Responsible Stewardship (Trustees, Pension, and CF&A)

• Communications

Each Focus Area team should seek to have approximately 3 people per year to serve a new 4-year term, allowing 3 people to roll off after serving one or two 4-year terms. The goal is to create a strong network of laity and clergy serving at the conference level to guide programming and resourcing back to the local level.
