Please join us for a time of learning, reflecting, repenting, and committing to a new way of being as we visit the
Heart Mountain WWII Japanese American Confinement Site on September 16th, 2023. We will be at this sacred space from 1:00 - 5:00 pm MT, followed by dinner and conversation at Cody United Methodist Church. We will have guest speakers and guides as we spend our time together.
A $35 registration fee will cover admission and dinner.
Hotel reservations can be made by calling the Comfort Inn in Cody, WY, directly at 307-587-5556, by August 31
st. Please state that you are booking with the “Heart Mountain Trip” Group. Rooms are available for Friday, September 15
th and/or Saturday, September, 16
th at the rate of $184.00 plus tax. Rooms can accommodate 1 to 4 people.
Registration and special group hotel rates will end on August 31
st.
