Bishop Oliveto to join female bishops at The Power of Bold Assembly for United Methodist Women

Bishop Oliveto encourages the women of the Mountain Sky Area to attend The Power of Bold Assembly hosted by United Methodist Women in Columbus, Ohio May 18-20, 2018. At this important gathering for women, take part in deep spiritual experiences and listen to powerful female speakers. These women are justice experts, and will focus on helping others mobilize at public rallies, workshops, town hall meetings, and justice exhibits. Leave with an action plan for your local church and community.

In addition, United Methodist Women will celebrate focusing on women, children and youth for 150 years at this event. 
 
When women unite, bold and courageous actions happen. Bishop Oliveto will join 10 other female bishops including Bishop Nhanala from Mozambique to serve communion at Assembly.
