Although Grand Valley United Methodist Church in Parachute, Colorado's student Sunday school class consists of only two students, that doesn't prevent them from performing for the congregation. On Jan. 5, Timothy and Caiden, along with their teacher, Penelope Olson, presented the puppet show "A Visit from the Magi" that they wrote.

The puppets, which had been made many years ago for a puppet ministry, had been found – unused – in a storage area last year. Penelope brought them out and started working with the students on another show they have written.  This one will be presented at a latter date and is longer. "A Visit from the Magi" gave the students an exposure to what the longer show will be like.

The students did a great job and it was enjoyed by all. Doing this puppet show showed the class the challenges they will have when putting on the longer production that requires more people. So now it is off to work harder on the other production.
