Methodists Helping Methodists are people and churches who invest in the Rocky Mountain and Yellowstone Conference development fund. To meet new loan demand, the Methodists Helping Methodists have a goal to raise $3,000,000 in new capital by April 30, 2018. This will expand capacity for church development. In just two months, they have already raised $580,000.
For new investments of $25,000 or more, Mountain Sky Area United Methodist Churches and their members can enjoy a fixed rate of 2.00% for 12 months. At the end of the 12-month term, the Fixed-Rate Investment will automatically renew at the regular, one-year rate, unless the investor chooses a different term at the time of renewal. This offer is available until April 30, 2018.
In 2017, the Methodists Helping Methodists Fund made new loans of more than $5 million to seven churches. Churches were able to save money by refinancing, repairing roofs, windows, and boilers, and creating sacred spaces for ministry in communities. The connection with 167 different investors from five different states reinforces strength in working together through the United Methodist connection.
Investments in the Methodists Helping Methodists Fund are a socially responsible way to support church growth and earn a good interest rate. The Fund is managed by the Rocky Mountain United Methodist Foundation's board members including bankers, attorneys, clergy, and other business professionals with experience in commercial real estate and lending. The Fund was established in 1961 and has never had a default or loss of principal. For more information, contact the Foundation at 303-778-6370 or

Accounts are not FDIC insured nor are accounts insured by any other governmental or private insurance of any kind. This is not an offer to sell or the solicitation of an offer to buy any investment or security. The offering is made only by the current Offering Circular which is available here or by contacting the Foundation.
