On Sunday, Dec. 20 at Lamar United Methodist Church's Outdoor Live Nativity turned into an impromptu "Blessing of the Animals" when our families brought their pets to be in the manager scene as well. The little ones were precious with their pets, and they also wanted to put on animals costumes to join in the event. On Sunday, Dec. 13, we also had an indoor Nativity with another whole set of different people in our church. All in all we are personally getting in touch with "being there" with the birth of the Christ Child!
