Rocky Mountain Conference Board of Global Ministries
Mozart M. K. Adevu, a United Methodist missionary with the General Board of Global Ministries, will be visiting the Rocky Mountain Conference from Nov. 17 to Dec. 1. Adevu serves as the Africa regional coordinator for the Sustainable Agriculture and Development Program for the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR). He is based in Accra, Ghana, West Africa.

Through this program and through Adevu's vision and leadership, communities in Africa are being lifted out of poverty. In the last decade, approximately 7,500 farmers throughout the Democratic Republic of Congo, Ghana, Liberia, Mozambique, Nigeria and Sierra Leone have been trained through the UMCOR Sustainable Agriculture and Development program.
