Rawlins Cooperative Parish, a multi-denominational church, continues to participate in the community life of Rawlins, Wyoming. On July 23, we gathered with several other congregations in our annual Worship in the Park. We shared music, messages and a meal.

On Aug. 5, we joined in the parade celebrating the Carbon County Fair. Many members participated in the assembling and beautifying of our “float,” which resembled a GMC truck prior to decorating. Once the parade kicked off, Rawlins Cooperative Parish members greeted the many townspeople and visitors along the parade route, handing out nearly 40 pounds of taffy and Tootsie Rolls!
