ReSource at Iliff: Workshop on Appreciative Inquiry

April 23, 2019

What is Appreciative Inquiry?

At its heart, Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is about the search for the best in people, their organizations, and the strengths-filled, opportunity-rich world around them. AI is not so much a shift in the methods and models of organizational change, but AI is a fundamental shift in the overall perspective taken throughout the entire change process to ‘see’ the wholeness of the human system and to “inquire” into that system’s strengths, possibilities, and successes.

Workshop Content

In this workshop, participants will receive an introduction into Appreciative Inquiry through a mixture of instruction and group work — a “learning-by-doing” approach. At the conclusion, they will have a good idea of the power and potential of AI, not only for the organizations they serve, but also for their own personal life and growth.
