United Methodist Women is inviting young adults to learn the skills of holy and healthy disruption. Holy Disruption is an exploration of faith, organizing and the school-to-prison pipeline.

Holy Disruption is a faith-based social justice education intensive sponsored by the UMW. It is a five-month commitment with a monthly average of 15 hours per week in study and class time. This opportunity is open to young adults ages 19-35. All travel and accommodations will be covered by the UMW.

Online learning: For four months cohort members will meet biweekly to discuss, pray and learn together. The meetings will take place online and last for only two hours.

In-person gathering (May 2-5): Cohort members will meet three days to celebrate their study time together and plan their future holy disruption. Child care is provided for participants.

Opportunities to serve: We are inviting participants to find places to serve and share the work of Holy Disruption in their own communities.
