Vital Conversations: The CO-OP Youth Ministry Model on February 17, 2021

February 11, 2021

Please join us for Vital Conversations as Superintendent Jeff Rainwater welcomes Amanda Daniell and Jessica Mays on February 17, 11:30 am to discuss the CO-OP Youth Ministry Model. A CO-OP youth ministry is a cooperative youth ministry that is built from multiple churches of the same denomination in your community, sharing and utilizing resources to build a sustainable youth ministry. Letting go of territorial ties to each 'building' to build a youth faith community outside the building walls of the church. This vital conversation will go over what this type of youth ministry consists of, what the communication is like, and an outline of what the board can look like. Pros/Cons, financials, detailed position descriptions, and participation covenants will also be discussed.
