The Rocky Mountain Conference has negotiated housing rates at the Westin Westminister Hotel in order to make the 2016 Annual Conference Session as affordable and accessible as possible. If you are interested in taking advantage of the negotiated rates, please make your housing reservations via the RMCUMC designated page on the  Westin website or call the Westin directly at 303-410-5000 and let the hotel know that you're with the Rocky Mountain Conference of The United Methodist Church. The negotiated rates are:

  • Single Room - $119
  • Double Room - $119
  • Triple Room - $139

Other housing options within 1 mile of the Westin are Drury Inn and Suites, LaQuinta Inn and Suites, Denver Marriot Westminster, and Springhill Suites. The RMC does not have negotiated rates with these other housing options.

Child care

The Rocky Mountain Conference has partnered with Melinda Svenkerud, Preschool Director at Washington Park UMC, to develop a child-care plan for the 2016 Annual Conference Session. This year’s childcare format will be slightly different than it has been in the past with a drop-in style daycare for "caterpillars" (infant - 3 years old) and a day-camp for "butterflies (age 4 - rising 6th grade) where the older children will be dropped off in the morning and then picked up right before dinner.  During evenings, we will have all of the children together in one group at the conference center for movies, games, and other indoor fun.
