There will be a number of special meals throughout the Annual Conference Session sponsored by various ministries of the Rocky Mountain Conference. The Rocky Mountain Conference has negotiated housing rates at $109 per night at the Marriott Denver Tech Center in order to make the 2017 Annual Conference Session as affordable and accessible as possible.  If you are interested in taking advantage of the negotiated rates, please make your housing reservations via the RMCUMC designated page on the Marriott Denver Tech Center website or call the Marriot directly at 1-877-303-0104 and let the hotel know that you're with the Rocky Mountain Conference of The United Methodist Church. 

Child care

The Rocky Mountain Conference will be partnering with “A Helping Hand” to provide childcare for the 2017 Annual Conference Session. “A Helping Hand” is a nationally accredited event childcare provider dedicated to providing an interactive and engaging experience for children and guaranteeing their safety and well-being.
