General Conference 2016: Sand Creek Massacre Report

On May 18 during the 2016 General Conference in Portland, Oregon, Bishop Elaine Stanovsky led a report on the Sand Creek Massacre that included presentations by Dr. Gary L. Roberts and Sand Creek descendants Joe Big Medicine and William Walks Along. Roberts wrote the book, "Massacre at Sand Creek: How Methodists Were Involved in an American Tragedy."
