People of the Mountain Sky Conference are invited to LeadershipNow in Bozeman, Montana on Sept. 22, 2018! The morning worship and keynote session with Henry Timms is open to the public.
The afternoon session will focus on envisioning the future of the Mountain Sky Conference of The United Methodist Church. The members of the five program committees—Leadership Development, Congregational Vitality, Community Engagement, Responsible Stewardship, and Communications—will discuss how to move forward in partnership with one another.

10 a.m.-12 p.m. — Henry Timms

Keynote Speaker: Henry Timms
Henry Timms is the founder of #GivingTuesday, the president and CEO of 92nd Street Y, and creates programs and movements that foster learning, civic responsibility, culture and innovation. Timms was listed on The Nonprofit TimesPower & Influence Top 50 for the past three years, was named The Nonprofit Times Influencer of the Year in 2014, as well as Crain’s New York Business 40 under 40 and City & State's 50 Most Influential People in Manhattan.
Timms is also the co-author of "New Power: How Power Works in Our Hyperconnected World—and How to Make It Work for You." He will give an overview on the New Power concepts at LeadershipNow, and engage leaders of the Mountain Sky Conference with examples and stories.
