Leadership Webinar on Conflict Transformation

To equip our leaders and congregations, the Mountain Sky Conference hosted a leadership webinar on conflict transformation on May 21. In this webinar, led by the Rev. Dr. Kristina I. Lizardy-Hajbi, clergy and laity were invited to consider a conflict transformation approach to understanding and leading through difficult issues and times, offered within a broader framework of seeing congregations as emotional systems that call for self-differentiated, non-anxious leadership.
