On June 12, the last day of the 2016 Rocky Mountain Annual Conference Session, a service of Ordination and Commissioning was held with guest speaker Rev. Dr. Hugo Magallanes. Nine people were commissioned, six people were ordained (2 deacons, 4 elders) and 10 local licensed pastors were recognized. There was also a reading of appointments for the next year.

The cups of water used to remember deceased clergy and spouses was poured into a font for the baptism of Evangeline Ann Lillie. The preacher for the memorial service was Rev. Deb Olenyik.
