Developing a quality worship series gives members of your congregation a reason to invite friends and family to church, something most people will not do on their own. Creating a worship series complete with all the supporting graphics, videos, and print materials is time consuming and expensive. Placing it out of reach for many smaller congregations. This two day event allows several congregations to work together in creating the series and then share in the resources developed. Lead by graphic and worship designer extraordinaire Jason Moore congregations large and small will benefit from this event.
The November event will focus on a Lent series.
November 13-14th in Pueblo, Colorado (Register Now)
Wesley UMC • 85 Stanford Ave, Pueblo, CO 81005
Monday & Tuesday, 9am - 5pm
Spend the first two days with creative worship specialist, author and worship coach Jason Moore in an event designed for churches of all sizes, budgets and means. Whether your church has screens in worship, you are thinking about it, or have decided against them, this seminar has something for you.
Best experienced as a team, this workshop is filled with ideas that any church can implement. The first day will be learning new methodologies for worship design and the second will begin with worship followed by hands-on engagement in the design process. From the design sessions (and your brainstorming) Jason will create graphics, videos, loops, print, written pieces and more that will be available to your church.
The third half day will focus on how you can use social media, Mission Insite, personal invitation, and other tools to share your worship series with your local community. You'll also learn how to create a robust followup process for connecting and building relationships with visitors.
This event is being subsidized by your Mission Shares (YAC)/Connectional Giving (RMC). The registration fee is $75 for a team up to five people.
Day 1 and 2 will begin at 9am and conclude at 4pm with a lunch break at noon. Day 3 will start at 9am and finish by Noon.
